What will you do?
As a Steam Rental Project Engineer you will support our Steam Rental projects, from implementation to completion:
- Assisting companies with technical steam solutions.
- Collaborating closely with Sales Engineers to gather and clarify all technical project requirements.
- Supporting the sales team in project delivery.
- Select the optimal installations, accessories, logistics, and service support, while coordinating with colleagues to fully meet customer needs.
- Coordinating ongoing projects through on-site visits and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Working with service engineers to ensure proper preparation of installations and spare parts.
- Consulting and coordinating with external partners (transporters, crane operators, inspection bodies, etc.).
- Following up on project delivery both remotely and on-site.
- Supporting service engineers by providing documents and additional equipment.
- Managing the administration of temporary steam projects, including manuals, certificates, P&IDs, etc.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge or experience in (electro)mechanical engineering and project management is required.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good understanding and interpretation of technical drawings and diagrams.
- Clear focus on customer satisfaction; taking action when needed to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality.
- Competent and confident with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve results. Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
