Shiny new boiler in Switzerland

A beautiful - and very shiny - in Switzerland. The boiler house is in a container equipped with a 4 t/h Bosch steam boiler with a combi burner and deaerator. Because the customer had limited space, a custom-made container setup was chosen. The big advantage is that it can be placed outside the building.

At the heart of this project is a 4t/h Bosch steam boiler housed within a specialized container. Equipped with a combi burner and deaerator, this boiler not only ensures efficient steam production but also adheres to the highest environmental standards.

What made this project particularly special was the limited space available at the customer's site. To overcome this, we designed a custom-made container setup that could be placed outside the building, maximizing the use of space while maintaining optimal functionality. This modular solution reflects our flexibility in providing tailored systems that integrate seamlessly into any environment, whether for indoor or outdoor placement.

Seamless collaboration between rental and sales

But the success wasn’t just defined by delivering shiny, state-of-the-art equipment. It was also a perfect example of how our sales and rental divisions can work hand in hand to meet customer needs at every stage. While the new permanent installation was being built, Atlas Copco Rental Switzerland stepped in to place a temporary boiler, ensuring uninterrupted steam supply for the client during the transition period. This collaboration allowed for a seamless handover from the rental unit to the new system, eliminating downtime and maintaining production efficiency throughout the project.
